Swiss Production

The basic material comes in rolls of 140cm width and we cut it in stripes of 20 to 120mm width. The rolls we get like that will be coated with glue in a complicated procedure. The final rolls are going through a visual control before they are delivered worldwide to our customers.

Our skins are hand made, either as traditional straight skins or as taylor made skins which can be cut the way our customers want them to fit to their carving skis. Usually we deduct 7mm from the top of the ski, 5mm from the middle and 7mm from the tail, thus the edges are left free but other sizes are no problem.
