The MONTANA Montarace Lightning Pro is an uncompromising racing climbing skin designed for the most demanding conditions. Made from 100% mohair, it impresses with its extremely lightweight construction and outstanding glide performance.
As a key new development, this skin incorporates the AQUASHIELD RACE MEMBRANE. The water-repellent membrane prevents moisture from penetrating, reduces snow buildup and weight gain, and thus ensures consistently high performance under all conditions. Thanks to innovative fabric technology, the Montarace Lightning Pro enables smooth, fast gliding while maintaining high efficiency during ascents. Despite its ultra-lightweight construction, it remains robust, durable, and reliable. Designed for racers who refuse to compromise, both on the piste and off-piste.

Fiber Pile + Base Fabric
- 100% mohair
- During the weaving process, the skin pile is laid in one direction. This is what makes “rising” and “sliding” possible in the first place.
The mohair pile is treated with a hydrophobic finish and remains permanently water-repellent.
