As an internationally active Swiss company in the winter sports industry, we develop and distribute products and solutions for ski service, ski rental, storage, and climbing skins.
During your apprenticeship, you’ll rotate through three departments: Sales Switzerland, Purchasing, and Export. This will give you a well-rounded insight into various business activities and allow you to learn about the operations of an international company from different perspectives.
In Sales Switzerland, you’ll work closely with our customers and assist with order processing and customer service. In Purchasing, you’ll learn how to collaborate with suppliers as well as how to procure and coordinate goods. In Exports, you’ll gain insight into our international business operations and collaborate with customers and partners from various countries.
You’ll acquire practical skills directly on the job with us. Academic knowledge is taught at vocational school.
Foreign languages, especially French and English, are an important and valued part of your training with us.
Education
Your three-year, varied, and interesting apprenticeship consists of industry-specific training as well as practical and classroom instruction. During your practical training with us, you’ll gain insight into various areas of an international retail business in the sports industry, as well as the different departments: Sales (Switzerland), Purchasing, Accounting, and Export. The theoretical knowledge is taught at vocational school.

- Successful completion of upper secondary school with Profile A and/or successful completion of initial vocational training
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Independence and initiative
- Willingness to learn and perform
- Open, reliable, and motivated personality
- Enthusiasm for and interest in foreign languages, especially French and English
- Interest in computer science and digital tools
- Interest in the sports and winter sports industry
A gap year with a language study abroad program in French-speaking Switzerland is an advantage. Applicants who have already completed such a program and thereby deepened their knowledge of French will be given preference if equally qualified. Good French skills are a valuable component of our in-house training program.
