This makes the CRYSTAL MAGIC ideal for shops with medium to high ski service volumes. Thanks to its modular design, you can combine the machine with up to 5 of a total of 9 different modules to suit your needs and create your ideal configuration.
Two dimensions are fixed—the rest is flexible! The control unit (1,940 mm) and the loading area (2,308 mm) have fixed dimensions. The robot’s overall size depends on the number of modules! Each processing module measures 800 mm.

PRO Technology for Stone Grinding
First, the ski undergoes stone grinding using MONTANA PRO technology, which controls the grinding process even more precisely and in accordance with the ski’s geometry. To achieve this, the contact pressure on the base is individually regulated from both above and below for each grinding stone via a high-precision pressure curve. The result is excellent surface texture with gentle processing. With PRO technology, the harmonious movement experienced while skiing is incorporated into the grinding process: The ski glides over the stone just as it would over a hill while skiing. This also allows for the grinding of the tip and tail of the ski.

Base-side MONTANA Radial Tuning
How do you make the ski more responsive? With MONTANA Radial Tuning. It tunes the skis more aggressively in the wider areas (tip and tail), so the edges sit lower. In the binding area, the tuning angle is smaller, which creates a perfect edge angle adapted to the turn. With MONTANA Radial Tuning, the skis become significantly more responsive—especially the edge grip under the binding is even better.
