Why We’re Looking for You
Since one of our long-time employees is taking her well-deserved retirement, we are looking for a dedicated successor to join our sales team in Switzerland.
Here are the responsibilities you can expect
- Switchboard Support
- Providing customer service in person and in writing in German and French (minimum B2 level)
- Processing all correspondence and order management
- Negotiating and coordinating various contracts
- Processing warranty claims
- Coordinating the return or sale of test equipment
- Billing for customer reports and service subscriptions
- Monitoring open forward orders
- Coordinating and notifying customers of deliveries
- Mentoring an apprentice within the department
- Accounting tasks such as processing rent payments—inventory of rentals and equipment on loan
- Monitoring payment reminders and coordinating and communicating with vendors
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Completed business training
- Several years of professional experience in administrative work or a comparable position
- Very good German language skills
- Good written and spoken French, at least level B2
- Independent, motivated, and reliable work ethic
- Strong service and customer focus
- Ability to work well in a team and act in a goal-oriented manner
- Impeccable manners
